Stock Markets still down but showing some resiliency in the past month.  Good news for those holding mega equity positions in their portfolios.  Always remember knowledge is key…Check other informational areas prior to making any investment decisions.  You can/should become more involved and create your own investment stragegy. 

 

Best Performance Mutual Funds:

1 month:  Financial Services Equity Funds

3 month:  Greater China Equity Funds

3 month:  Precious Metals Equity Funds

3 month:  Science & Technology Equity Funds

 

Worst Performance Mutual Funds:

3 month:  Japanese Equity Funds

3 month:  Real Estate Equity Funds

 

Personal Portfolio Holdings:

50 percent:  Creststreet Alternative Energy Fund  (chart)

25 percent:  Dynamic Precious Metals Equity fund  (chart)

25 percent:  Money Market & Cash

 

Although my precious metal fund has dipped lately with the drop in gold prices, I expect it will turn positive in the near future.  My charts tell me equities in best performing sectors of the market place will continue to do well in the near future. 

 

An earlier post had suggested that China would be one area of the global market place that would be a leading force during an economic recovery and Latin America wouldn’t be far behind.
