For the time being at least, real estate equity funds have replaced the Chinese and emerging market sectors as the #1 investment choice. Depending on which news article you read, this scenario could continue for the short term or even into 2010. As stated in prior posts on this web page, I am personally waiting to see how the markets perform during the next month or so before committing to any sector.
